Annual Gas Boiler Service
An annual boiler service will give you piece of mind that your central heating system is running smoothly, safely and efficiently throughout the year.
The engineer will check the following:
• Correct gas pressure, Flue Flow and combustion.
• A flue gas analyser will be used to make sure the boiler is burning the right mixture of gas and air and that the flue is not blocked
• Electrical connections are clean and in good condition
• Fans and other key components are working efficiently
• All seals are intact
• Electrodes are in a good condition
• Safety devices are checked
• Condensate trap and pipe is not blocked

Landlord Services
As a landlord you have a legal responsibility to make sure all gas appliances are safe for your tenants. At Gas MK One LTD we provide a number of different landlord options.
Our Landlord gas safety checks & certificates are £45, however if you require further appliance safety checks and certificates these are £30 each. Landlords’ Gas Safety Certificate also known as a CP12 will be provided after all checks. You need to provide a copy of this to your tenants within 28 days and whenever a new tenant moves in.
We also offer the option of having a gas appliance Service, Gas Safety check & certificate for just £65.
